When I started my degree, I did not know what coding really meant. I only knew one thing - I wanted to learn something that could help me build a career.

That is how I found Python.

Why I Chose Python

I chose Python because it is simple to read. It does not look scary like other languages. When I wrote my first line:

print("Hello, World!")

I felt very happy. It was small, but it was my start.

What I learned first

First, I learned variables. Then I learned if-else and loops. Slowly, I started to understand how a computer thinks step by step.

The biggest lesson was not about code. It was about patience. Sometimes my code did not work for hours. Then I learned to read the error, search for the solution, and try again.

Why I Want to Learn Documentation

While learning Python, I noticed one problem. Many tutorials are written in very hard English. Beginners like me get confused.

That is why I want to learn Documentation. Good documentation means writing in simple and clear words, so a beginner can follow without fear.

My Goal

My goal is to apply for Outreachy Internship in Documentation. I want to help open source project write better docs for beginners.

If you are also a beginner, start small. Write one line of code today. Then wrote one line about what you learned. That is how learning starts.
